(1) The registrar may designate the city registrar of the court as the head of the division for the management of the cases heard by the court.
(2) It shall be the duty of the head of the division designated under sub-rule (1) to ensure that the work of the branches and branches under his division is completed in a fast, efficient and efficient manner.
(3) In addition to the work duties written in sub-rule (2), the work, duties and rights of the head of the division shall be as follows:-
(a) perform such duties as the Registrar may delegate and prescribe, and
(b) Giving advice and assistance to the registrar to run the work of the court smoothly.
